# The Odds Theory > The Odds Theory is an independent sports analytics platform. It publishes model probabilities, market context, supporting evidence, and tracked results across MLB, NFL, college football, WNBA, and golf. It is not a sportsbook and does not place wagers or offer personalized betting advice. The current entry path is a free website account connected through Discord. Community membership is included, no payment card is collected, and the account does not run on a public countdown or enrollment cap. Published model selections are also shared in sport-specific Discord channels. Paid checkout is not active. No paid plan or conversion deadline is currently being offered publicly. Research backtests are not a live track record. Published selections and resolved results are tracked separately; closing-line value (CLV) is reported only where a closing quote is captured. Model outputs may be wrong and do not guarantee outcomes. ## Public product information - [Homepage](https://theoddstheory.com/): Platform overview, free community entry, methodology, FAQ, and research approach. - [Community](https://theoddstheory.com/join): Free website and Discord community signup. - [Methodology](https://theoddstheory.com/#methodology): Collection, modeling, qualification, and measurement process. - [FAQ](https://theoddstheory.com/#faq): Operator, track record, data handling, and product questions. ## Policies - [Privacy](https://theoddstheory.com/privacy): Account, Discord, analytics, and Theo data practices. - [Terms](https://theoddstheory.com/terms): Operator, membership, and usage terms. - [Responsible use](https://theoddstheory.com/responsible-use): Risk and safer-use information.
